Soka 'hate' chanting

For those of you who think I have fabricated or exaggerated SGI's odious campaign to "defeat Nikken" and Nichiren Shoshu, read what a member had to say:

I was at a local SGI-USA World Peace Gongyo meeting today. The regional leader stood up and urged us to "Defeat the Nikken Sect in order to Avenge our Mentor" by April 24th, 2009. This struck me as an odd statement coming from a Buddhist. It seemed more like a war-cry from a competing faction and not like someone who has vowed to follow Nichiren Daishonin.

I previously cited a post from SGI members who support the campaign here. Chanting to defeat the enemy is a real activity, officially sanctioned by Soka Gakkai. That's Soka hate chanting.

Just goes to show SGI still doesn't have a clue what cause and effect is. What you chant for comes back on you, not your supposed enemy. You only change the world when you change yourself. The end does not justify the means.
